allseasonsbags @kfatova I noticed you left a low rating on the bag, it had to be sent to Poshmark first for them to authenticate the bag. I had it shipped meticulously in tissue paper and placed carefully in a box. Poshmark has to repackage it so they messed up the “packaging” not me. Please consider changing your rating.

heatherzullin Hi Karina, heather Zullin you purchased the Kate spade phone case and I must apologize I sent you somebody else’s order by mistake I switch the boxes up ...she received your phone and you received her eyeshadow. I emailed Poshmark to let them know . Im not sure what the correction procedure is ..perhaps just returning the item and I’ll switch them back out correctly if you’re still interested in it

heatherzullin I’m not sure if you saw but I did respond to your request. I sent the phone back out to you however I see it has since been canceled. The other buyer was on familiar with the swapping procedure . I did send her what I could to help her with it but she ended up sending it back to me on her own and paid postage. So as soon as I received it I sent it back out after i repacked it. Now it’s showing that it’s been canceled so I’m not really sure what to do 🤔

heatherzullin @kfatova they canceled it after they sent me a reship address label....🙄😐😂 it’s on its way to you but it’s not showing as tracking? If it didn’t already arrive it will shortly:) I emailed Customer service back.. it will get straightened out either way... when you get let me know what you would like to do ..
