kako_mochi Hi Karina, I just checked the tracking for the Snow White makeup bag, and it says “insufficient address”. I used the label that poshmark sent me, so I’m not sure what happened. Can you check your tracking?

kako_mochi @griversita oh no☹️ have you verified your mailing address on poshmark? Of course I can send it back to you, but I prefer to do it through poshmark - in your order of the makeup bag, under “problems/order inquiry”, I believe you can select “poshmark support” and explain the situation. Hopefully they can send a new shipping label with the correct information.
