kenshin514 Hello. Thank you for purchasing the Coach Town tote. However, I just opened the bag and inspected. There are some wrinkles inside the bag 😓 which I was very surprised for a brand new item that sent from the factory. Please take a look at the last 2 pics if you are not ok with it then you're welcome to cancel the order. I want to be honest and make sure you like the item.
