karinestone @shopkins89 I received a slip in my mailbox saying I had to pick up at the post office. When I went yesterday they said that there was $18 and something postage due and that I could pay it or they would return it. I did not want to pay all of that additional postage... they said it was improperly packed.

karinestone If you want to resend at your expense I would still love to have the jeans, but Poshmark already charged me for the shipping. I was just about to reach out when I saw your message. How would you suggest we proceed?

karinestone @shopkins89 so after I messaged you I got a message from Poshmark saying it had been returned to seller due to inappropriate packaging. Could you message help and ask them?

shopkins89 @karinestone I can't do anything on my end because it never was acknowledged... I'm not sure what I can until it is returned. I don't know why it would say it was improperly packaged. should not have been more than 5 pounds

karinestone @shopkins89 have you been in touch with Poshmark support or have they contacted you? I did open a case and say that I could not pick up order and it was returned. Have you received it back?
