mjdonohue801 @karlaminshew when you are on the item you should see the word “offer” if you click that link you will be able to send your offer to a seller. You will also get a prompt that reminds you that your offer is binding. Let me know if you need any additional help.

mjdonohue801 @karlaminshew ok so when you are on your item at the bottom you should see something that says “discount” if you click that you will have the option to choose public or private. If you want to send it to just people who have liked your item choose private and a screen allowing you to put your discount in will pop up
