singerkarla @sosara hi! We were traveling got all my mail today. The dress arrived with the top button broken off. I don't see the button but I do see a little piece of it stuck in the thread where it's supposed to be

sosara @singerkarla hi! Glad I out got it. I'm not sure what to say about the button. It wasn't broken when I looked it over before mailing some I'm guessing it somehow broke in shipping. Which is odd since it was bubbled. I have the bigger sized one still so I can send off a button to you tomorrow or if you want to return it you can do that too. Up to you .

sosara Because you are returning the item, you need to open a case on Poshmark for a return and handle it that way, its the only way they will refund your money back to you.

sosara So I emailed them the issue. I have to be honest, I know I sent it with a normal button. I clearly show the dress in the picture with a normal whole button and that dress was bubble wrapped and sent and you said it wasn't in the shipping package anyway. I find the whole thing to sound like you just don't want the dress or it broke when you had it. Either way, disappointing. I will let Poshmark handle it from here and you should still open you case as well.
