katerll4545 @rebecca33331122 he wants you to send him the money first than he will send you the phone.. I told him I didn’t know him like that and was willing to meet him half way but he declined.. Girl anytime someone wants u to pay for something before you get is usually a scam he will get your money and you won’t get anything cause he probably really don’t have it
