If there are additional charges involved I will take care of it. My husband has terminal cancer and I had 4 packages going out and I messed up labels.

beauverre75 Karla, I have apologized and tried to remedy the situation. Yes, I mixed the labels up, I am sorry. I had 4 boxes going out at once and I made a mistake. My husband has terminal cancer and I have alot going on. No excuse, I know but I asked you to go to PM and check that there was a problem with the order. You accepted the order and even gave a rating. All you have to do is let PM know and the situation will be taken care of. I have worried myself sick over this.

beauverre75 It will make it easier if you keep it until they issue you a shipping label. They have all the information to get the items to their rightful buyers. It won't cost you anything. beauverre75 They are reviewing my claim and said they have things in place to remedy the situation. They probably don't work on Sunday. They have been contacting me through my email so check your spam folder just in case. If nothing else I will pay to get the boxes to the rightful owners. The other person has your sweater and is being very nice about the situation. She's anxious to get your sweater to you too. I promise it won't cost you anything.

beauverre75 Hi Karla, Poshmark is sending you a label via email to send the items I mixed up the labels on. All you have to do is tape the box back up and put the label on. I have not been able to get Poshmark to respond/understand the situation that you returned her order. If you have access to print out the label would you please send it to me?
