krpijaszek @mitzieevans Hi Mitzie, It was my understanding that all sales are final unless the item arrives broken or is not as described. I went back and looked at the return policy to make sure I understood it correctly. I’m sorry the boots didn’t fit you, but unfortunately they’re not able to be returned. :( My only thought/suggestion is perhaps you can post them to your closet for someone else to purchase?? :( Karla
