shopsellow @lyons_karlee no no sorry I meant I would take the difference between your offer of 160 and my ask and split it right down the middle so we both have equal loss/gain if that makes sense (math breakdown: 325-160=165/2=87.5..... so 325-82.5=242.5). The negotiation process always makes me so uncomfortable so I like to cut things as fairly as possible so we both walk away feeling like we walked away with even skin in the game :)
