manypearls Hi posh friend, just wanted to give you a heads up it shows your item was out for delivery today, but there was an animal interference. You may want to check into it, you may need to pick it up at the post office. Just wanted to let you know, bc this happened to me once & there was no note left by the carrier to let me know and the package was left in our boat & I didn’t find out until it sat there a week.

eternitylee It would have to be done by the cleaners not the washing machine . The cleaners specialize in stains . Idk what you want to do . I’m only receiving $14 from this coat . If u want to send it back that’s fine or sell it back on your page it’s up to you .

eternitylee The coat is machine washable , that’s why I asked if you used oxi clean or persil & let the coat sit for two hours with the detergent or if you just put soap in the machine and washed it

eternitylee . The detergent has to sit so it can get inside the stains . The cleaners would be able to get it out only because they specialize in stains . Someone sold me a bright red coat with stains & it did not come out in the machine but when I took it to the cleaners they made sure they put a sticker that said special care & stain removers
