gridbby Hi, saw that you opened up a case against my item as not described. Just wanted to let you know that I know the item I sent is exactly as described, and because your page looked suspicious I took video footage of the item to prove it is the same and it being packaged up as evidence. Also I have your address and if you scam me out of my item and money I will report you to the police as mail fraud is a felony. Have a nice day.

shorty1122 @gridbby all I want is a refund for the shorts I bought. I am a loyal customer of Poshmark and you are the first person I purchase something from and it wasn't what I wanted. You know those shorts are not authentic. They are Levi's that has been passed off as one teaspoon. How dare you come on here and threaten me about mail fraud. I have a life and I have better things to do than to get get you out of a pair of shorts that I initially purchased from you. Stand behind what you sale.

gridbby They are very authentic. I have the receipt and I know the people at the Urban Outfitters branch that i purchased them from who could testify as witnesses in a police report and in court that they are in fact authentic. I do stand behind what I sell. I've been doing this for years and have 500 5 star reviews on other platforms that prove that I'm an honest seller.

shorty1122 @gridbby I'm curious how I'm trying to scam you when I purchased the shorts from you. You're not making any sense. All this over a 70.00 pair of shorts. It's not that serious. You cut off a pair of Levi jeans and tried to pass them off as one teaspoon. How did you think that was going to fly?!You would have been better off with a pair of cut off jeans that has nothing on the pockets. I just want my money back. You can have these fake one teaspoon pair of shorts. You taught me a valuable lesson.

gridbby I did not cut off a pair of Levi's. Also just went into the Urban that I purchased these from and talked to the employee who rang me up (who happened to also purchase the same pair) and she agreed to file a report as well. She has the same pair so I have proof they're authentic on her end as well. Also sent the video of the shorts over to Poshmark so I will continue this conversation with Poshmark's team and if need be, my local police department. Have a nice day.
