fashionup305 @bartho12 oh, golly I have questions! 1st thing, I am good at posting great pics of my dresses on FB but, am having real trouble on Poshmark. Like I took pics on my phone then added them to my posh but when I click crop I can not work it right, not the same as my ph. Help me. :)

bartho12 If you upload from your computer you can crop them. I also had that problem when I was using my old phone, my Iphone works much better. Upload them than crop. I hope this helps. Happy poshing!

fashionup305 @bartho12 I have a Samsung and I tried cropping on my pH 1st ... not good. My question is if I tap sell then take pic I can not find crop option on Posh, if I upload from my pH and see crop on posh I can not get it to work like on the ph, you can not tap on corner of square to crop like on a ph

bartho12 I would upload to your puter and do it that way, have it cropped before you hit sell on the posh app. It is not going to work on posh like your phone, different os. If it were me I would save the aggravation and just upload and crop first with the puter. Sorry you are having this issue.

fashionup305 @julietkag I have questions when an item sells it still shows in my closet as SOLD how do I delete that post? It has been weeks and they have received the shopmemt. Also how do I get paid Where do I log in my back account to get a direct deposit from Poshmark?

julietkag @fashionup305 it shows up as sold so that another user does not attempt to buy it. No need to delete the post. And when you click on your profile on the bottom right hand corner of the screen of your phone, you can scroll down to where it says “My Balance.”

julietkag @fashionup305 Once the item(s) have been deliver e and accepted by the buyer, the money amount should show up under “Redeemable.” You can click redeemable and then the first option should be bank direct deposit. Then poshmark will give you instructions from there. Hope this helped!

fashionup305 @julietkag sold items stay up how long? And I see my balance, I got that far, I need to know his do I get it into my bank account, where do I find the space to type in my account. I feel frustrated it has to be an easy click somewhere

julietkag @fashionup305 sold items will stay up forever unless you delete them. You can delete them the same way you would delete an item that is still up and available. As for the direct deposit, after you see and have access to your balance, if you see it in the redeemable section, you click on the balance and click direct deposit. It will then guide you to put the banks information that you would like to deposit it to

fashionup305 @julietkag OK have the bank deposit figured out now, when I click on an item that sold weeks ago I tried going to "edit" to delete it and the edit button won't work after it sold apparently so how exactly do I remove sold goods? Thanks for all your help. :)

julietkag @fashionup305 the delete button should work after the item has already been delivered and rated by the buyer. If not, it honestly is okay to leave that post up. Most sellers leave there’s up to show that they’ve made sales in the past

bartho12 @fashionup305 you can edit the photo than hit delete post. I keep all my sold items in my closet and don’t delete them, most sellers keep them posted. Glad you’re selling.😊

fashionup305 @bartho12 just sold my 1st bundle 3 very large sweaters, and of course all 3 will not fit into the normal Priority envelopes, so give me advice.. what do I do? Is the buyer only paying for the label that is the $6.95 and because it is a bundle I am responsible to pay extra shipping, and have to find a box? If it was three separate purchases I would put one in each envelope and I would not have this issue I appreciate any advice and help thanks for getting back to me

bartho12 @fashionup305 don’t use an envelope, put in a priority box. If they way no more than 13lbs you only will need the one label. Congratulations on your sale! Hope this helps

Been doing this a few months, I am aggravated trying to figure out how to REMOVE SOLD ITEMS, some are from months ago, no need to be on my posh now. Can you give me instructions on how to delete old SOLD items? Thanks :)
