krausie10 Hi. I see that you just ordered two items from me and are offering on a third. I also see that you were bundling?? You are paying $5 for every order unless you bundle then get the 10% discount or i can raise to 15% if u would like. That way you only pay one shipping cost for the bundle vs. $5 shipping for each individual item. For instance, if you wanted to cancel the dkny sweater and bundle with the purse you would only pay one shipping fee and get the 10% or 15% discount as well.

karol696 Step 1: Go to your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sales Step 3: Select your order Step 4: Select Need New Shipping Label Step 5: Select Need Heavier Weight Label. Please make sure you select the total weight of your package so that a shipping label with the correct weight can be generated and sent to you. Please note that the maximum weight our labels support is 10 pounds.

robertsteven Karol, for some reason my order never came. It says on the USPS tracking site that they couldnt reliever it due to insufficient address. The address on poshmark is correct. I dont know what happened but I got ahold of there customer service and reissued a new tracking number and arrival date. They also said to tell you about this mishap. Robertsteven

I'm confused, they have never sent me anything stating I need to resend, or gave me a new shipping label, nothing at all, I reprinted the label that was there from the beginning and its different but not sure if its the same as you have. if it is has the same numbers as your new one I will send it otherwise I'm at a stand still.

karol696 @robertsteven Hi, I requested a new shipping label, its the same numbers but it worked when I took it to the post office, so hopefully you'll get it, maybe check with your post office, make sure they have you with that address something wrong on their end. yeah its discouraging ordering online when this happens. But it went through anyway
