Those are always popular and should generate traffic.) General shares and attending the parties where you can share particular items is a great way to get people to your closet as well 😉😉

techprincess I'm confused. one of my orders with you did NOT arrive but is being reported as delivered. I cant reach Customer Service. I'm new to Poshmark. Is this normal? I'm wondering if I should cancel tx with my bank. Any ideas??

knmmercado @techprincess From my end it shows it was delivered today around 5pm to the front porch/front door. Unfortunately there is no cust service number you can call. Is there a way you can go into your purchase tab and try to communicate with Posh that way?

I heard back from Poshmark and they asked that you get in touch with them via the purchase tab as they have a policy in place for when items are lost and/or not delivered., and you are able to receive a refund. Please try again to contact them.

techprincess what purchase tab. I'm new. I did email them...called...getting bots thank you for reaching out to me. I had to send all 7 order numbers to them and added my phone number. but only get bot replies. I emailed my phone number. I do not know how else to reach them
