Hi, Karon I'm so sorry you have not received your order. I opened up a case through the post office for your order and emailed Poshmark To see about refunding your money. If you track your package with the tracking number that Poshmark emailed you it says it is still on its way to the destination. I'm thinking the package most have got lost so I should refund your money. If you don't have the tracking# I can provide you the# so you can see what I'm talking about.

That is correct! USPS hasn't been delivering my packages since lately, so they'll mark the shipment as an attempted delivery. I have to go to the post office to retrieve them.

Just here to inform you, your package was shipped days ago, almost a week. Other items shipped that same day has already been delivered to customers. USPS has not updated tracking, but I can assure within a few days they will. Rarely is there a delay is priority mail shipping, but it can happen.

if you had a chance to track your item you could see I shipped. It took a week for usps to update just to ship it back to me. I have been having delays and a lot of issues with USPS and my packages not sure what is going on. I contacted poshmark to let them know what is going on and to resend another label. Poshmark emailed me back saying they would get in contact with you to confirm your address so they can resend a label. If you chose not to have then item shipped let poshmark know so they can cancel. They have an address for me that is not mine. I saw it and was very puzzled. I changed it and hope that the rate of sales tax they charged me will be accurate bc the address they had was in a state that charges a higher rate of sales tax. I need to contact them.

I would hate to ship to the wrong address. It is just the state that's incorrect or the entire address label? Which state is it to be shipped?

@khoupt2017 I think I changed it successfully. It seems that they corrected the tax. The entire address was incorrect, and it was an address that is not mine and that I never provided to them and am not sure why it was even in my profile or how it got there. Please see if the label you have gives a MA address. If it does, it's the correct one for this shipment.
