rachels_resale @rich01petey hi karri. I’m sorry that the boots you purchased from me were delayed. Unfortunately due to the pandemic & the holiday, shipping delays are a problem for everyone. If you go to the Poshmark support page, there is a big yellow banner at the top of the page saying that delays are to be expected. As this is not my fault, I don’t think the one star review was necessary. As a top rated poshmark seller, this review negatively impacts my account for something out of my control.
