smedwards Hello. Sorry that you were not completely happy with your dancewear. You mentioned that while the shorts seemed to be unworn that the brand tag itself looked worn. I assure you that they had been worn by my daughter who is a dancer. We own a frontloading washer and hang all dancewear to dry. I'm not sure if it would be worth the trouble to knock off something as inexpensive as that
