markheidi I'm happy to post a picture of them on my closet so that you can see what has happened to them. I should have asked you how old they were before I purchased. I have found that the older Born Shoes fall apart after sitting for a long time.

karyn_francis @markheidi Interesting i have never heard that about them. Those are not even 3 years old. I have an older pair that I still wear all the time. Send them back for sure. I have no idea on the return process though.

markheidi @karyn_francis i did post several pics on my closet for you to see. I don't know what is up with them. I only wear Born shoes and I've called before and they'll only warranty them for 12 months. I reached out to posh support to inquire about a refund but haven't heard back yet. I'll change my review as long as we can come to an agreement about return.
