I have changed regular hands w/time change, have had watch shop tune up w/new batteries- done before putting up on Posh - I don’t know how to guide you if second hand not working? I did a cursory search on google and there are YouTubes that show which button will adjust second hand. I am surprised it is not working, I have the receipt from watch shop tune up. Please let me know how you want to handle. Fingers crossed it is just a pull and wind up of a button!
