I saw your review and want to follow up with you. The boxes are provided by USPS & stored in a larger box USPS delivers to my smoke & pet free home. The adhesive on the box has a distinct smell. The shoes are delivered in bubble wrap by the maker. I've not had anyone complain about this before. I'm not sure if this is what you are referring to, but I certainly don't want my customers getting sick from packaging. I hope you like the shoes & appreciate your feedback
