@kashafahy sorry to hear you haven’t received the boots. They are so beautiful. Same thing happened to me a week ago with shoes for my daughter. However, I don’t think I deserve a 1 star rating when it isn’t my fault or the shoes fault that you haven’t received them yet. I did ship in 1 day (actually I believe I shipped same day).
