kmillerqueen @amagr9 hello I was just opening the box and getting it paired and came to message you. The watch was not factory reset before you shipped it so I am unable to pair to my phone. It says my Apple ID is not allowed to pair with the watch. Is there a way for you to do it without having the watch?

kmillerqueen @amagr9 also you forgot to make mention of the deep scratch on the top right hand side and I can not locate the band that was in the picture. Please reach out to me when you get a chance.

amagr9 @kmillerqueen hello I def did reset it before I sent it out I reset the whole watch and erased it from my iCloud and all so I’m not sure if why that would be happening and also after I reset it I went back to check on it....and I am sorry I did not send that band just because I thought it was yucky I still have it and can send it. Let me know what works for you....
