deborahsmyrl This is the seller of the Louis Vuitton Luco Bag. I’m sorry the strap broke. A shoe cobbler can fix it very inexpensively. If you don’t have a good shoe cobbler then I can recommend this guy - you could mail the bag to him to get it repaired: Rico Hillside Shoe Service 6465 E Mockingbird Ln #375 Dallas TX 75214 214-826-5155 He does amazing work on LV bags.

deborahsmyrl Again I’m sorry that the strap broke. I sell used bags & sometimes these things happen because of age & wear. When I had the bag there were no problems with it. It’s really unfortunate that you are taking your frustration out on me by giving me a bad rating because it isn’t my fault. I did not break the strap. It just happened & how would I have known. Again it is not my fault & it’s too bad that you are putting this on me & blaming me when I had NOTHING to do with it breaking.

kassidywindham @deborahsmyrl Absolutely not. I asked you on the post if there was anything wrong with the straps and you replied “No. They are strong and sturdy.” Then the first time I try it on the strap broke. I’m getting a refund.
