Hi! When a case is opened, we work thru poshmark. They will send us shipping label after they review the case. I responded tonight so they will work quickly. As soon as I get the new shipping label I will may you the correct sweater. Also, they will send you a shipping label to mail the wrong sweater back to me. Thank you!
