@holtk67 Yes, i emailed them almost 2 weeks ago. This is also my first refund as well. It's pretty inconvenient that the only way to contact them Is through email. It usually takes them couple of days to reply which they did get back asking me to provide the reason for refund and so i did and now im just waiting. Its pretty irritating. I'm so sorry, i wish they had a number i can call. I will have to email them again. Soo sorry!!!

@ellc okay so I got an email from them saying that after 7 days I can opt to 'cancel the order for delay reasons' so that should take care of it lol... I could've figured that out earlier haha sorry 😂 And I completely agree: emailing about issues is so inconvenient 😩
