@kattate If I were you I would try contacting them and letting them know that you would accept their offer and if they could resend you their offer. Also, it's very helpful to have the notifications on so you know when an offer comes through😊 At first it can be a little challenging to figure out but practice will really help to smooth the process😉

Welcome to Poshmark and thank you for following me! I am a5 star rated seller and a suggested user and I would like to give you a few tips. Take as many pictures as you can of each item. Do some lay flat pictures especially dresses skirts and also give them measurements, you want to give the buyer as much information as possible on an item. then they will not have to ask you.. just some suggestions.. Hi I'm mailing out your bra in the next 15 min was it the purple one or black that you wanted .. I assumed the purple since that's how it was listed ... I just wanted to be sure because I have another buyer interested in black one

@kattate as I went to unlist the item it was purchased I feel terrible I do have a brand new body by Victoria in red same size new with tags just not the very sexy or I will send you the purple one for free and enclose a check for the 17 and take the loss as what are the chances that this just happened ... please let me know I can post the other bra for you to see or I will refund you and the bra will just cost the shipping you payed

I feel terrible I spoke to a posh mentor they say there are a lot of misunderstanding when multiples are posted as I won't be listing things together again .... they said best way is to cancel your purchase or as I said I have another bra ... please let me know as I'm leaving to mail packages for today in a few this misunderstanding has set me back ... I'm very sorry for the miscommunication

@kattate while I was messaging you the other bra was purchased before I could take it down as I had said I told another person prior to hearing from you that black was available because the listing you bought had said the purple .... I have another body by Victoria in red same size I can send in place of or you can cancel the order I am so sorry for the misunderstanding but both were bought in a short time
