lacie510 Welcome to Posh ... I see you are new and this is a fantastic place to be. Our Annual conference, Poshfest, is coming up in Chicago and these annual get togethers are great!! Just incase you are not aware, nail polish and perfume is not allowed to be sold on Posh. It is AGAINST the USPS to have those items fly in cargo jets. Our labels are for flying not ground travel (which they are allowed through USPS ground). If I can answer any questions please ask.

lacie510 @katsfinds If you go to FAQ they say what is allowed or not allowed. Also in my closet it is posted. Only clothes for women, men and children along with accessories ... when did you become a suggested user? BTW I love your closet but all the non compliant should come out if you have hopes of going farther. A lot don't buy or share N/C closets and you can lose your closet and/or SU title. katsfinds @lovenushuz I received my first bad feed back for selling USED makeup. This was before you told me 😫😖😩😩. I had it listed as used/swatched but the buyer must have assumed it was new since used make up is allowed. really bummed about that. My rating is down to 4.7.

lovenushuz @katsfinds not lame at all; it will come. Did you get a chance to look up similar items like yours and follow the people that like that item? For example, the scarf I bought has a lot of similar search matches, they are all way higher than your's even up to $40 😳 also, through Monday if you lower your price 10%, it sends an email to all the people following that item and offers $4.99 shipping. Finally, remember you can higher your price, then lower it again, just not at the same time. ❤️❤️❤️

Although you read the posh standard you were confused by all the people selling swatches and perfume. Only this week when you had a posh mentor look at your closet for compliance did you remove those items.

It happens. I shipped a white shirt instead of a black this week. This is my 3rd open case in 4weeks. 2 were my error. Best to accept culpability ❌⭕️❌⭕️💋

katsfinds regarding the bad rating, she gave me one star. I don't blame her, it's my fault I did not list new items. I'm sure she didn't read it and assumed it was new. I contacted her and told her I would refund her in full and she can just toss the lip stick but Posh mark does not allow us to do that. I even contacted poshmark directly and asked them if I can do that and they said no :-(

lovenushuz @katsfinds you can't send her a direct message but you can tag her on her sold makeup listing down at the bottom of your closet. You can make offers to her to make the situation better, a refund is cool. Don't directly ask her to raise the rating. Explain that you don't have a lot of experience and have corrected your closet and the ratings are very important to you...can you rectify the situation by refunding her money?
