aesthetiq2me hi! im sorry the doll didn't work when you got it. I tested it before packaging it to ship and actually set one aside that wasn't working. transit must have jostled the mechanism or battery loose or something. but I promise, it was working when I packaged her. sorry it didn't arrive that way. that's disappointing.

kolibrius @aesthetiq2me Hi! Thanks for the follow up, I believe you. I’m not sure what happened during transit, but apparently it’s not just battery. My husband replaced all her batteries and it still won’t work, it blinked for a sec but no singing and not responding to sensor. Could it be a case that you accidentally put aside the working one?

aesthetiq2me @kolibrius no. I put it back in the shelf and had the 2 working ones out to ship. I'll have to go back out to my shop and look at what is left. if I do find one that works, I will let you know. maybe we can come up with some sort of solution. I've had them stored and never messed with them, so it could just be age, tbh.

aesthetiq2me @kolibrius i was able to get out into my shop and the 2 I have left (other than the 1 that doesn't work at all) are weak. they light up and make a little noise but don't even play a few words. I was hoping one of them did. sorry!
