I read your comments about the jacket and you remove the five star rating. Number one I never saw a rip in the lining because I never tried the jacket on or even unzipped it since I purchased it. It’s hard to believe that there was a rip in the lining but of course since I never opened it I can’t verify that. But where I buy these clothing items is a very reputable company and I wish I would’ve known earlier so that I could’ve addressed the problem with the company.

If you wouldn’t mind could you send me a picture of the tear in the lining. I pride my business on five star rating so if you would like to return the jacket I have no problem.I just wish you would’ve notified me before changing your rating.

Just to be perfectly clear I would never sell a piece with any sort of damage without acknowledging it to the buyer before the purchase. I value the opinions of my buyers and also pride myself on selling an item that will make my buyers are very happy.

I don’t know if you read my comments after you changed your rating please do and if you would please send me a picture of the rip in the lighting that you said is there so that I could get back to the company I don’t know if they’ll do anything about it since it’s been so long since I purchased it but I would like to have a picture to document it

Could you please send me pictures of the lining I really do want to contact ELOQUII about this problem because I don’t want to sell merchandise that is damaged. If I had known I would have notified you immediately before I sent it out. I have written several notes to you before but haven’t heard back from you if you would I would appreciate pictures of the lining so that I can take care of this problem with ELOQUII. I purchased a lot from them.
