grettaclair @kat_snyder Hi Kat, there is a little problem with the dress you just bought and I feel rotten for a couple reasons, one it never should have happened, two, it says I shipped it already which is not the case. Acknowledge this and I will tell you what we can do. Sorry, Susan

grettaclair @kat_snyder there is a sm tear in the fabric,not seen before , if it had been I would not have posted the dress. We can do a couple of things. You can cancel the purchase of course, or we can leave the sale as is, you can tell me which of the other dresses you ‘liked’ and I will include it with this one a no charge.This has never happened b4, so sorry for the inconvenience

midniteposher Hi. I was wrapping the Torrid dress you purchased and I noticed some pulls in it and a small hole. I didn’t notice when I bought it. They’re on the bottom. kat_snyder @mrsm9218 how big is the hole, if it's small enough I might be able to fix it with my serger. Then the sunglasses will do just fine.
