Hi Kata dear, yesterday you purchased my pink Forever 21 dress (Love 21). As I was wrapping it to send it to you, I noticed a couple of flaws that I didn’t see as I posted the dress last year. I don’t feel comfortable selling the dress as it is. There’s a couple of spots on the back of the dress that are easy to miss if you don’t look carefully. I’m not sure how to proceed? I’m going to take the listing down. If you want to purchase something else, I’ll send you the dress for free.

I was packaging your order and I went into my closet and found that there are some scratch marks on the jacket collar, I have no clue how they got there I can upload a picture if you’d like to see. also, if you would still like the jacket, you can get another item from my closet for 50% off 💗 I am so sorry about it just let me know what to do so we could go forward!

It’s also hard for me to find the right sizes that fit me since even most xs are big on me and it’s the same when I’m buying trousers...So although I appreciate your very kind offer of 50% for something else in your closet...I’m only interested in the jacket.Once you send me the pictures,then I’ll be able to see the scratches you mentioned,which will help me determine if it’s something I should or shouldn’t purchase.Thank you for you for letting me know,I do appreciate that so much :)

@mdurbic oh dear...I do see what you mean.With this being the case,I’m going to have to decline since it’s really important to me it’s in top condition.I’m having to repurchase one due to mine falling apart the whole jacket started peeling...So I’m gonna guess with yours it something similar and has to do with the way you’re storing it.Thank you again for your honesty...I wish I could’ve purchased from you ;(
