amandadwills Hi Katarnlina, I'm sorry you had an issue with your Kat Von D Eyeliner, please note that I have sold thousands of items and you are my 2nd 1 star (first was a broken item)- Can I please send you a new one? I know you already accepted the purchase but I still would like to send you a new Eyeliner- no idea what could have happened-I have not used them, I do not wear eyeliner-maybe it was the heat during travel from Florida to California?
