kdomagala @brookebarret439 I just noticed the case review comment and looks like I can either return it or keep it, but no option for partial refund. So I'm not sure what to do now. Any suggestion? Can you tell me what's that intense smell/fragrance on it? That's really what worries me. I just need to know what it is to make sure I can wash it off. Softener? Dryer sheets? Let me know. Just very intense...

brookebarret439 @kdomagala it most likely was dryer sheets it was in my daughters dresser drawer with other hoodies and sweatshirts it most likely came off another but definitely if you washed it will wash away

kdomagala @brookebarret439 Maybe it was next to a dryer sheet itself. I can't imagine your daughter wearing clothes with fragrance as intense as this hoodie. It's toxic (dryer sheets are). Definitely would give me a headache. And even my 3 year old asked me what this smell is. Let me read a little about removing the fragrance and I will let you know by tomorrow what I have decided.

kdomagala @brookebarret439 It's fine, I will keep it. It's still a very nice hoodie and looks like there are ways to remove the intense fragrance. I just hope next time you post the image of the actual item and be more accurate describing NWOT vs. like new. I will close the return request to release the funds to you. Good luck!

babygirlgems Unfortunately, I had an accident w/the floral leggings. I was getting everything you ordered ready to wrap. I dropped the leggings & my husband stepped on them. I tried washing them 3 times but had no luck getting the stain out. I feel awful. At the same time I want to be completely honest w/you. Would you be interested in replacing those leggings w/2 of anything in my closet? I don’t care about the cost. I just want to keep you happy. Please let me know. So sorry!

kdomagala @babygirlgems no worries! I liked two items so you should see what I would like to replace it with. If you think the floral leggings could still be saved or stain is not too much, maybe you can send the Justice pants plus the floral leggings. If you are sure I can’t remove the stain, then the justice pants and the pastel ones would be great! Thank you for caring for your customers!
