mrxrcyse6 Hello, I bought this Fitbit Blaze from you a couple of months ago and I have never been able to get it to work. I just got off the phone with Fitbit and they tried to help me to get it to work but they were unable to either. Did this work before because Fitbit said there must be something wrong with it. I’ve never been able to see the time or able to scroll last to right and I feel like I paid you for a Blaze watch that never has worked. Please enlighten me. Thank you, Bruce Smith

kateogorize @mrxrcyse6 This was a gift I received and was never used as I already had an Apple Watch. I only opened it to to charge it and see if it was operational before selling it and hence why i sold it. I am not sure why you are encountering issues.

mrxrcyse6 @kateogorize I have charged it and done everything Fitbit said to do and I cannot even get the time to appear on the watch let alone able to scroll to the various exercises. I just spent an hour on the phone & we couldn’t get it to work.

lorilee463 I have to be honest, I'm a little frustrated about the free shipping - you're the one that asked for it yet I never agreed to that. It charges me $8 to cover it for the purchase and I've already worked with you on the price. So I'll meet you on the middle but I'm not going to do it free. If you don't want it because of that I understand.
