Also, could you please accept your order? I normally don't like to ask, but I see it has been well over the usual 3 days from the day you've received your order. 💕

katemaccariello @tijanala thank you so much! The diameter of the ring is 16mm. I was instructed by Posh not to accept the order until it has been resolved but if you wanted to resolve it without involving them I'll accept it now.

tijanala @katemaccariello thanks for the info. I'll double check with mine and send it your way. It is up to you- you could accept and I'll send you the ring, or you could file a report to return your order. The only thing is that if you do get the return accepted, you'd need to return the entire bundle, not just the ring. Let me know either way. 💕

katemaccariello @tijanala oh my gosh, I didn't realize bringing Posh into this would make it so much more difficult! 😣 I just wanted to let them know why I hadn't accepted the order yet, I'm so sorry! I'm writing an email to Posh right now & want to tell them that we can work it out between us so you can get your money, but before I send it could you please let me know the measurement of the other ring you have, to make sure it's bigger than the 16mm one I have? Thank you again! 😘

tijanala @katemaccariello is the 16mm across or around? I'll measure mine as soon as I get back home so we can compare. I asked my hubby to measure it, but he was no help. 😂 And no worries, we'll work it out. 💕
