Dear Kate Part Two, I trust that seeing how tractors trailers of mail lined up for 8 hours, due to the reductions in staffing and equipment removal prior to the election have sadly halted mail in many areas of our nation, along with unprecedented mail increases due to covid19 Please know that although its not been delivered yet it is safe in the US Postal Service System.
