limited_kicks @katehostetter16 ok, no problem, I apologize again, Chaco used to mark their wide width with a dot by the sides. I just found out they changed it on the new ones. They do a dash for wide width and dot for regular.

limited_kicks @katehostetter16 hi, you're probably aware of this already, but I'm just making sure, but did you adjust the straps already? You can go on YouTube and look up "how to adjust Chaco straps" sorry if you tried that already. Thanks.
