Now that you have recorded your package you go under your purchases and "accept" the item (in this case the fur vest) that has been revived. You rate the transaction, and right below is where you can add a comment letting us know how you like it, which is ALWAYS MUCH appreciated! kkscloset2 @kateabrennan Just for future reference it is the polite thing to do to accept your purchase. In this case it was for $350 and when you don't accept it those funds get held for another 72hours. Not only that but most of us, like myself put a lot of care into our packaging and extra gift goodies so we can create a fun experience for the shopper so it's always nice to get feedback on that for other buyers to see. I know you're new so I'm assuming you weren't aware of this, but just for next time.😊

kkscloset2 @kateabrennan awe... Thx sweet heart. Okay, next thing, when you're posting to someone you have to put @ and then their username for it to alert them that you have commented. If you go to the menu and do to your "purchases" you can go in to this purchase and rate me there and leave a comment. It's already been 72 hours so it already released the payment and put the item as "delivered", so I'm not sure if it will still allow you to rate me, but you can try. I'm glad you liked everything!

kkscloset2 @kateabrennan okay so you go to the top right hand of the screen where there should be your picture, but in your case it's initials. You click on the scroll down button and then on the computer you go to your orders"order". From there you can click on anything that's been delivered, accept the package, rate the purchase, and leave a comment. Let me know if that helps!😘
