@coolfashions hi, there is no private chat function unless you chat in a bundle. The item is in the mail, I’m not sure why USPS has not scanned it in yet though. It should start tracking today. If you go into your purchases it should give you an update once it tracks. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
