Hello Kate I’m sorry for your rating on the pen, the pen was perfectly fine it was not bent when I shipped it out. I even wrapped the box in bubble wrap. I’m not sure why it would be bent upon arrival. Can you please send me a photo of the pen? I would like to see it please. Thank you 🦋
