There is no rush for me to receive this item, but enough time has passed that I wanted to check if you had a tracking number or any info about the shipment. kategking @misterit Hi there! Thanks so much for reaching out, you actually beat me to it, because I was going to shoot you a message first thing tomorrow morning. Your order's USPS tracking number is 9405510899359604478307 and it was shipped out Nov. 25, day after purchase. Based on USPS info it looks like they first attempted delivery at your address on Nov. 29 but were unable to leave the package due to "no Secure Location Available".

kategking @misterit Tracking states that USPS left a notice for you that the item was available for pick-up - I was hoping you had received that notice but was planning on checking-in tomorrow to make sure. Latest note on the tracking info states that you would need to schedule Redelivery Of Your Item or to pick it up in person. This has never happened to me before (and I have sold over 400 items via Poshmark), but I will gladly assist you in any way that I can.

kategking @misterit I think the best thing to do moving forward would be for you to search for the tracking number via USPS and request re-delivery, I can do it for you - but you may be the best person for the job as you may have additional instructions for USPS regarding your address/mail delivery procedures in your building to avoid another delivery fail.

misterit Kate, thanks so much for the fast replies and all that info! I’m new to poshmark & I didn’t even realize you had responded... Anyway, your info was exactly correct. A delivery attempt WAS made but I had no idea bcuz I never got a slip. USPS in NYC can be crazy, especially around Xmas. >>>

misterit >>> But you’re right, usually redelivery attempts are automatic. & Unfortunately there were some annoying complications preventing me from scheduling one myself. But I finally was able to schedule the redelivery for Mon, Dec 10. (fingers crossed). Anyway, thanks again for your prompt assistance. It means a lot. I’ll let you know how it all turns out. Thx!!
