theposhjawn Hey Kate, I mailed your boots (DV Black Suede) 2 days after purchase and had no idea why it was not scanning. Come to find out, I reused a box that was shipped to my P.O. Box and did not remove the original label which was on the side. Soooooo, your package was redelivered to my P.O. Box!!! I’m so sorry for the delay, I always ship within 2 days. I had no idea it was there!! I have repacked, added a gift, and dropped off today. Have a great weekend!!
