juliefunkmorris Hi hangerandthread, I'm not sure the protocol on this, but I bought the brown leather Fossil bag, which you promptly shipped, but now it seems to be lost in the mail. I called my post office, and they suggested I get in touch with you. (In other words, they weren't very helpful). It looks like the bag may not have left your city yet, according to the updates. Is there anyway you could look into it? I'm so excited to get the bag!

hangerandthread @juliefunkmorris Hi there! I just checked the status & it says it’s arriving late (as of 11/3). USPS has been having issues lately with everything going on - tracking doesn’t always update, etc. so it may arrive later than expected, unfortunately. I wouldn’t worry just yet & I’ll keep an eye on it :) Thank you for your patience & hopefully you’ll receive it soon!

juliefunkmorris @hangerandthread I FINALLY received the purse, and I just love it! However, it looks like the back zipper broke off during shipping. I've let Poshmark know. I'm not sure what the protocol is for shipping damage. I guess we'll see.
