maryannderdock Katie, I’ve tried contacting poshmark and commenting on my purchase but haven’t heard anything back. I bought a nena and co bag from you a few weeks ago. I bought the bag intending to use it as a backpack. The listing communicated the use of the bag as a backpack but it didn’t come with backpack straps. I’m very disappointed about this. Please let me know if they are in fact available.

themosscavernco @maryannderdock Hi Mary, I have not heard from Poshmark but the post stated the bag included backpack clips so that you have an option to carry as a backpack. Neither the listing photos, nor the text stated that backpack clips were included.

maryannderdock @bagsco that is misleading. The listing should state that the straps are not included on such an expensive bag.

themosscavernco @maryannderdock I apologize that you feel the post was misleading. I work hard to post accurate photos and give accurate information. The post did state it was a “heavily edited” bag and it was marked down considerably from what I originally paid for the bag and what I paid to have the clips added.

themosscavernco If you would like backpack straps, Nena and Co. has them available for a very reasonable price on their website and I’ve seen them listed on Poshmark on occasion as well. Again, I apologize for the disappointment. I will work to ensure the strap information is always included in the future.
