Hello Kate, I am perplexed by your 3 star rating. You cite "item description" as your reason for such a low rating. This item had the exact measurements and I took the pictures of the item myself. Your order was rushed right out that same day with a nice gift bag along with a note and a free gift. We are very confused, please let us know exactly how the description was wrong? My daughter and I depend on this site for our living and we are very confused by your rating. Thank you.

@rhondabo well, the thing is, the strap is missing so there’s no way to wear the bag at all. I had to look for another strap matching the bag, which wasn’t that easy. Anyway, it is what it is. Be more careful next time you pack the order.

I was disappointed with the bag, and then I was so confused with the item I received from you that I thought it was a joke. What a day! It is alright, and the mistake was one my handicapped daughter made, she feels terrible about it as well, I do not show anger at her at all for it, anyone could do it. There were 12 orders going out that day and she did not follow the plan which is one order at a time and they stay on the shelves until they are ready to be mailed. I just could not for the life of me understand why this occurred! (cont.)

She does a wonderful job at what she does. She makes sure everything is wrapped, etc. The lingerie that you got was a $20 item, however, unfortunately, unless the package was unopened, I could not take it back, I have a strict policy where lingerie is concerned! There are times that some will be returned, however they go in the ROUND FILE (trash). I would never resell a piece that someone else has possibly worn. That is just my policy! (Cont.)

BUT, your comments caught me so off guard and you never acknowledged that you received the lingerie, leading me to believe that you were screwing me out of my rating, PLUS, got a $20 outfit to boot!! So you can see where I was very upset in this course of action. I have been here for a very long time and if I were not honest, I would have never lasted this long! (Cont.)

So, it is not going to hurt me one way or the other since you, too, were screwed out of your key chain and I sincerely apologize for that as does my daughter, she is just sick about it!
