kit161 Hi! Thanks for the feedback! I'm sorry this necklace has been a pain! I tried to contact the vendor to report the problems and, lo & behold, their website is totally gone (not suspicious at all). Posh doesn't give me options to fix this, so what I can offer is free shipping on another item if you find something (note: I don't have any other boutique items; everything else is from my personal collection). Either way, I hope you can repair the necklace or find something that you like even better.
