slc69429 Disappointed to see you give less than a five-star rating for a NWT item that came in new packaging with a thank you card :( — I only took three days to ship, one of which was a sunday (post office closed), and I communicated with you the day that I would ship. Any slowdown was due to USPS.

kmorem @slc69429 disappointed that the item came in a completely wrinkled mess as if it had been ball up and haphazardly thrown into the bag. I also requested measurements which I never received and had to find elsewhere. The card was appreciated.

slc69429 @kmorem don’t buy if you didn’t receive the information you needed! And you didn’t mention that in the review so seems as if you are just being defensive. Measurements also could be found online as you knew the size and item name.
