katenicole514 @katyengel213 one thing we can do, is you can list the grey puma in your closet for 5 bucks and I can list an elderberry in my closet for 5 bucks and we can buy each other’s that way there’s a label and protection. Sorry for the mix up :/

I’m happy it worked out I’ve been trying to figure out a way to get people sizes that fit them when they get shoes that don’t fit or a color exchange when we mess up because I feel bad when people get shoes they love and they need a different size and can’t return them. I’ve tried exchanges before and was burned a few times.

katenicole514 @desireeaidala1 I shipped the boots out promptly, the day after you bought them. They are in transit via USPS. The tracking number is automatically sent to you through Poshmark, so you can follow the progress of the boots. I used the exact label Poshmark provided for your order. You should see the boots shortly!

katenicole514 @mirben1 I am happy to hear they were exactly as described, I was a little shocked to receive such a poor rating. You are new, so I will let you know that scores like that hurt the sellers. If the seller wasn't in the wrong I would advise against clicking the "could improve" details. Poshmark advises buyers to relist the item in their closet. You could make more on it even!

k_dismukes Hi Kate, I love the JBU boots and my granddaughter said she loved them. I can’t believe she liked them-she normally does not like the same things I like. I ordered the size 8 and she is 14 and wears an 8-8 1/2. They fit me perfectly so I am ordering as size 9 for her. I also like the diffusers I purchased. I just made an offer to you. katenicole514 @lynniep54 we have proof of purchase everything. They are not the super Ulta Luxe 300$ UGGs from UGGs website. They are the basic moderate models that are cost effective and sold at Costco

katenicole514 @lynniep54 right because they were purchased at Costco, sometimes they had a sticker on them but also the boxes get mishandled through USPS. The code on the boots is what UGG sends to Costco. Call UGG and ask them about their UGGs that is in the Costco vendor program because the codes work there I’ve already called before and they have been authenticated before by a team idc if you don’t like them and want to return them that’s fine but don’t accuse me of something that isn’t true.
