tamias74 Hi I just want to verify the address I have is correct. Poshmark sent me two labels & the corrected one is the same as the original Midland Dr, Roy, Utah 84067. you had mentioned Richfield, Utah? Holding off shipping until I hear from you or Poshmark Thank you

katallred @skats72 Thank You so much for holding off. I've tried to put in correct address but it will not allow me to do so. Are you aware of any way on Poshmark to privately send you the address. I have contacted the support center but that could possibly be 24 hours or more.

tamias74 @katallred Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately only Poshmark can generate shipping label, they track it and give me credit when my item is received. I did contact Poshmark support about it. Sometimes they do get back quickly. I am sorry for any inconvenience to you.

tamias74 @katallred Hi, I just heard back from Posh support. They want you to contact them directly with the shipping address. I find it is easier to contact them on the computer instead of the app. Go on your acct, scroll down & click on support & help, click contact support, then fill out the form. Be sure to put your posh id & the order #5d446beae574bd5a255ba65ae Include the shipping address. I hope this helps! I have it packed & ready to go as soon as I get the new label I will ship it ASAP! 😊💕

I sent all of the required information needed to Poshmark support so hopefully you will receive a new shipping label soon. For some reason if this doesn't work by tomorrow Please just mail the package to the Roy, Ut address. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

I was actually surprised that Posh support didn’t just message you directly instead of asking me to get in touch with you. I guess it’s policy that they have to make sure you are the one requesting the change. One thing is they really do help with problems, they have helped me several times. Fingers crossed!😊💕
